Payment and delivery

Shipping

25 UNION delivers via the Novaya Poshta postal service throughout Ukraine. The shipping time for orders from 5 business days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.

The goods will be delivered to the selected department or by courier at your address at the agreed time. 

You can track the parcel by track number on the website of the company "New mail".

The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the goods and is paid separately, according to the tariffs of the carrier company. 

Foreign clients

If you are not on the territory of Ukraine, you can check all the details of purchase and delivery in any of the convenient messenger. The cost of international delivery is not included in the price of the goods.

The cost of the product in foreign currency depends on the exchange rate. This information & nbsp; check with your manager.

All international orders are shipped only after full prepayment.

Payment methods

Payment is made in two possible ways:

• Full prepayment.
• Cash on delivery upon prepayment. For orders up to UAH 5,000, prepayment UAH 200. For orders from UAH 5,000 to UAH 7,000, prepayment UAH 500. For orders from UAH 7,000 to UAH 9,000, prepayment UAH 700. For orders from UAH 9,000 to UAH 12,000, prepayment UAH 1,000. For orders from UAH 12,000 to UAH 15,000, prepayment UAH 1,500. For orders from UAH 15,000 to UAH 23,000, prepayment UAH 2,000. For orders from UAH 23,000, prepayment UAH 3,000.
• Payment by details.

You can exchange or return an item within 14 days. If for some reason the product does not suit you, you can exchange it for another option or completely refuse to purchase. In this case, we will refund your full payment minus postage.

There may be a slight difference in shade between products purchased at different times due to the use of different yarn lots.
